Matthews has the equipment to handle large quantity production for flat and embossed, stamped metal parts. We adhere to your specifications and tolerances within industry standards. Certifications of conformance can be supplied upon request. Pictured are examples of standard dies we have on hand for stamping metal shapes from coil stock. Submit your custom requirements for material, thickness, finish, measurements and quantity. A drawing or actual sample for matching purposes will help us evaluate your request and prepare an accurate quotation.

Materials

Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Brass, Cold-Rolled Steel, Copper, Electrogalvanized Steel, Enamel-Coated Steel, Stainless Steel and Tinplate.

Rejections can be accepted only for failure of parts to meet specifications and would NOT include flatness, color, finish or burr conditions.

  • 7/16” to 4” in width, verify limitations with plant
  • Maximum thicknesses vary by material

  • Parts are loosely packaged in random fashion
  • Stacked packaging available by quotation
